  21.                               Mix all of the ingrediants in a blender. Let them sit for 1/2 hour.       Preheat pan.                                                                                             (For each crepe)                           
  22.           Wipe pan with butter.  Pour 5 T of batter in pan.  Move pan around so batter forms a thin circle.  When edges curl up, flip the crepe.  Count to  10 and then put the cr
  23. pe on to a plate.  Stuff it with desired toppings.   Examples:

  32.     Put one cup of bran in bowl.                                                Add boiling water and let stand.                                            Mix remaining bran with shortening, sugar, eggs, and buttermilk.            Sift together flour,
  33.  salt, soda.                                            Combine all mixtures.                                                       Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.                                  Bake 400

  51.     3 cups grated carrots                                                       1 cup honey                                                                                                                                             (icing)             
  52.                                                         4 ounces cream cheese                                                       Small can crushed pineapple (drain most of the juice)                       Couple Tbs. honey
  53. Sift dry ingredients.  Add oil and eggs.  Beat well.  Add vanilla, nuts,    carrots, honey.  Stir well.  Turn into 9-inch layer pans or a 10-inch tube  pan or a Bundt Pan.  Bake at 350
  54.  for 35-40 minutes or until done.          Cool-take out of pans.  *
